After your purchase has been made you will receive a confirmation e-mail, but this doesn't mean that your order has been accepted yet. The order will be accepted and sent to you once your credit card and address details will be approved and verified
Cancellation is possible, for any reason, up to the moment your order has been processed by the store. After that, you cannot cancel your order, but you may return the item you purchased if you wish. If you need to cancel an order, please contact our Customer Service.
Exirious keeps you constantly updated via e-mail on your order's status. You can keep track of it also through My Account, under the Orders section. To track your package, click on ‘Where is my order?' of the order you want to track (My Account-Orders)
Because we just start our online shop we don't ship to all countries around the world, but if you really like our products we can do an exception and ship to your country just E-Mail us on email@example.com.
We ship in more than 70 country. Deliveries are made Monday to Saturday, between 9am and 7pm. Delivery takes place within 2- 3 working weeks for UNITED STATE, and within 10-40 working days for the other countries
Customers will be fully refunded the price of the order, excluding the shipping costs and any customs duties incurred. You may be able to recover customs duties for returned items by contacting your local customs bureau. You may want to hire a customs broker to claim back duties on returned products
We hope it doesn't happen, but there may be an unfortunate occasion when something doesn't go quite right with your order from Alfa&Rossi. The item you get may be missing parts, not work properly, or be defective in some other way. You may get the wrong item, or your order may not arrive at all. Fortunately, Alfa&Rossi realizes that mistakes do happen sometimes, and so they've put a system in place to help you work with sellers to reach a reasonable arrangement for returning, replacing, or refunding an item.
Your timeline for opening a dispute with a seller on Alfa&Rossi starts six days after the seller has shipped (or was supposed to have shipped) your order or item. The deadline for opening a dispute varies depending on which shipping option you chose for your order, as illustrated here:
DHL, TNT, UPS, or FedEx — 23 days after shipping
Japan Post EMS or SF Express — 27 days after shipping
China Post or Hong Kong Post — 39 days after shipping
The refund caused by order cancellation, refund agreement or Mediation will be process instantly from AliExpress account. However, it may take 7-10 business days for it to display on your credit card statement.

If you haven't received a credit for your return yet, here's what to do:
? Credit Card Refund and Debit Card: Contact the credit card company. It may take some time before the refund is posted to your account.
? Bank Account Refund: Contact your bank. There may be some processing time before the refund is posted to your account.
If a cancellation is made prior to order processing, and we have confirmed that your order has been cancelled by email, then we will fully refund you through your original payment method. Please note that payments can take up to several days to be processed, depending on your bank or payment providers.
